In remote localities or beyond the Green Line, the delivery time may be extended to 10 business days.

The return of an item purchased through the website will be possible within 7 days from the date of purchase, only if the item is closed and sealed in its original packaging and provided that no use or change is made in it. An original invoice must be presented for the purpose of the return. A refund will be received in return less shipping costs.

Custom-made jewelry is excluded from this policy. No refund will be given for down payment for personal orders.

Item ordered with engraving cannot be returned.

The warranty of the jewelry is for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not include the fall of a diamond and / or other stone from the jewelry.

The warranty does not include damage and / or scratches that will appear on the jewelry as a result of use.

In all other cases, we will act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and regulations amended accordingly. The law can be viewed on the government website: www.moital.gov.il

Under no circumstances will Becky Fastag jewels and / or its employees, directly or indirectly, be liable for any result and / or direct or indirect damage, of any kind whatsoever, resulting from the use of the site and / or related to it.
